Kenzoll Capital (“Kenzoll”) is an Amsterdam-based [special situations] private equity firm. Kenzoll was founded by Corné Melissen, former partner at Ramphastos Investments, in 2021 through a carve out of a wide array of foreign assets from the Ramphastos portfolio. Kenzoll follows an event-driven strategy not shying away from emerging markets and unstructured or unconventional business opportunities.
